What does the activity include?
If you've ever wanted to try climbing then do it outdoors and you'll be hooked. This introduction to this fun and exciting sport combines healthy physical effort with a dose of problem solving in a supportive, friendly atmosphere. Even with no previous experience or training whatsoever you'll be climbing within minutes.
Your half day session will include the following:
- Introduction to climbing and bouldering
- Knots and belaying
- Safety awareness
- Climbing techniques
- Climbing etiquette
Full, professional instruction will be provided throughout.

Nr Crowborough, East Sussex.

You should allow approximately 3 and a half to 4 hours for the whole experience.

When does the activity take place?
Courses run on selected weekend dates between March and October.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions?
You must be between 18 and 65 years old to take part and a maximum weight of 16 stone. A general level of fitness is required, if a client feels they might have health problems that may affect their participation in the activity, please contact us first.
What about the weather?
The course will only be cancelled due to extreme weather. If the experience is cancelled due to unsuitable weather you will be able to rebook your date.
Can I bring spectators?
A maximum of 2 spectators per participant are welcome at no extra charge.
What else do I need to know?
Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of water with you on the day as there are normally no shops near the crags.
Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for those with disabilities.
Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue.

Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.
