EXHILARATION has agreed a sponsorship deal with one of the UK’s most promising motor sport talents, Callum Macleod.
In recognition of his success on the race track Callum Macleod has been named as one of the six finalists for the McLaren Autosport BRDC Young Driver of the Year Award 2009.
Previous winners of this legendary prize include the new Formula One World Champion Jenson Button, David Coulthard, Gary Paffett and Anthony Davidson who have all gone on to long term careers within international motorsport.
As one of the six finalists for the award Callum has taken part in a day of strenuous skills evaluation in British F3 and British BTCC machinery before finally being interviewed by a panel of judges at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey.
The winner will be announced at the prestigious Autosport Awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Sunday 6th December 2009.

Callum is managed by Silverstone based speedsport’s Mike O’Brien who has been instrumental in the career direction of a number of drivers over the years and still manages British driver Darren Manning currently racing in IRL and sportscars in America.
